Frankton Park is a client-focused organisation that provides supported and independent living options where people with and without disabilities live and share each other’s lives, supported towards greater independence by a team of dedicated health professionals and support staff.
Frankton Park is ACC Approved/Contracted to provide Residential Support for clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries, and certified under section 26 of the Health & Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 to provide residential health care services for clients with Intellectual, Physical, Psychiatric and Sensory Difficulties.
Frankton Park is able to offer both long-term supported living or short/respite services in a variety of homes clients share according to their respective skill levels and experiences. We have been operating for just over two years as a private provider in central Hamilton.
Leadership and Multi-Discliplinary
Frankton Park has a strong multidisciplinary team that meet regularly and skilled professional team members who input into residents. Disciplines represented include Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work and Physiotherapy.
The leadership and management team work closely with professionals to provide client-centred and culturally appropriate services in a community environment.
